Homecoming Dance
My, how time passes. It seems like yesterday that Elizabeth would dress up in her plastic high heels, her pink satin dress up outfit (complete with feathered boa), and all the plastic jewelry she could find. Oh, yes, did I mention the crown? She loved playing dress up. She really hasn't changed that much. She still loves to dress up , but I'm not her audience any more. Tonight Elizabeth went to her first high school dance. She went to junior high dances last year, but they were low key. The Homecoming Dance is the big league. She has grown up way too fast. But, even though I miss that prissy little girl clopping around in the plastic high heels, I'm proud of the young lady she has become.

O MY GOODNESS!!!!! She is absolutely beautiful....and yes, she has grown up way to fast. I know that you are so very proud of the young lady she has become.
Love ya'll,
G.
She is so pretty! How does time slip away so fast??
I can't believe it! Elizabeth is truly a young LADY! Beautiful..and I know a fine example of a Christian young lady as well. We miss you all and think of you often. I'm writing here, but I've also enjoyed seeing the pictures of Lauren and Grant. They, too, have seemed to grow up in the year and a half (well,nearly..) since you left! So, when will Lauren be given the keys to come back and visit us in Belmont? What??? no time soon?...we miss her, you know!
